"Private Account" Error

Solutions:

  • •This content is from a private Instagram account
  • •We can ONLY download public posts - this is by design
  • •Ask the account owner to make their account public temporarily
  • •Or use Instagram's built-in bookmark feature instead

Prevention: Always check if the account is public before attempting download

Download Button Not Working

Solutions:

  • •Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del)
  • •Try in incognito/private browsing mode
  • •Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers)

Carousel Shows Only One Image

  • •Check if backend is responding (may be rate-limited)

Prevention: Wait a few seconds between download attempts

Slow Download Speed

  • •Large videos may take 10-30 seconds depending on your connection
  • •Check your internet speed at speedtest.net
  • •Pause other downloads or streaming
  • •Try downloading during off-peak hours
  • •Close unnecessary browser tabs

Prevention: Ensure stable internet connection before downloading

"Failed to Fetch" Error

Solutions:

  • •Backend API might be temporarily down
  • •Check if Instagram is accessible from your location
  • •Try again in 5-10 minutes
  • •Clear browser cache and cookies
  • •Contact support if issue persists > 1 hour

Prevention: Wait during Instagram maintenance windows

Invalid URL Format

Solutions:

  • •Ensure URL starts with https://www.instagram.com/
  • •Supported formats: /p/, /reel/, /tv/, /stories/
  • •Remove extra parameters (?utm_source=... etc.)
  • •Copy URL from browser address bar, not shortened links

Video Has No Sound
